Nabil F Bissada is Professor and Chair of the Department of Periodontics at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio. He is the Director of the Postdoctoral Graduate Program in Periodontics at the School of Dental Medicine and also maintains a private practice in Cleveland Ohio. In addition to his BDS degree from Cairo University and DDS degree from Case Western Reserve University, Dr. Bissada has MSD degree in Periodontics and also has a certificate in Oral Medicine and Oral Diagnosis from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Bissada has authored and coauthored over 120 articles published in various peered journals and has lectured extensively at local National and International levels. His expertise is in prevention and treatment of periodontal diseases. He also published numerous articles related to the link between periodontal diseases and systemic health in medical and dental journals.

Marie M. Tolarova, Professor and Executive Director of Pacific\'s Craniofacial and Cleft Prevention Program, has led the dental school\'s efforts to help individuals with cleft lip and palate for many years. She has produced extensive research regarding clefts and has taken part in dozens of International mission trips to help individuals with congenital anomalies. In 2011, Tolarova organized an International Conference in San Francisco which brought together surgeons, dentists, geneticists and others to work towards an effective approach to cleft lip and palate prevention.

Paul van der Stelt graduated as DDS in 1974 and has obtained his Ph.D. in 1979 from Vrije University, Amsterdam. He was appointed chairman of the department of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology in 1982 and became professor in 1986. He was president of the International Association of Dental and Maxillofacial Radiology in 2007-2009 and was Honorary Secretary of the European Academy of Dento-Maxillofacial Radiology from 2004 until 2010. He has published more than 150 papers in peer reviewed journals and is serving as editorial board member on several scientifi c dental journals.

Abou-Rabii has received his PhD in Dental Pharmacology from Auvergne University (France) in 2004. He obtained his Master of Research in Biology and Medicine from Joseph Fourier University in France in 1998. And and his postgraduate Diploma in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1993. Dr Abou-Rabii has is the course director of the MSc in Implant Dentistry in Warwick University in UK, he is leading multiple researches and has published several papers. He is a fellow of The Academy for Dental Facial Esthetics (IADFE) and the Vice President of the PTT group in the International Association of Dental Research (IADR).

Fazeli has obtained a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with highest honour from Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy in 2009. He has also completed a Clinical Ordinator Course in Prosthetic Dentistry at Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy in April 2010 and worked as a clinical assistant professor of prosthodontics in the department of Prosthetic Dentistry and Implantology of UMSA. He was a head of scientific circle at Normal Physiology Department and an active member of scientific circle at Microbiology and Surgical Dentistry Departments in UMSA. M. Omer Gorduysus (DDS, PhD, Professor) was born in Istanbul,1963. Graduated from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Dentistry in 1986 with the degree of DDS, completed his Post-graduate Program in Endodontics in the United States at the University of Southern California with the scholarship of Turkish Goverment and received the title of \"Specialist in Endodontics (1990-1992) later received his PhD degree in Endodontics from Hacettepe University, Ankara-Turkey in 1993, went to ACTA of Amsterdam with the scholarship of the Goverment of the Netherlands (given by NUFFIC) in 1998, in the same year became invited professor and clinical instructor at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Endodontics in Canada (1998-2000).Studied in the field of research and has many publications in SCI covered besides the some local and international journals.Actual position is Professor at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Dentistry Department of Endodontics and giving national and international lectures,editorship and convener of graduate endo.

Adam Ostrzenski, M.D., Ph.D., Dr. Hab. (post Ph.D. degree) is an internationally renowned gynecologic surgeon and a laureate of numerous national and international awards for his contribution to the advancement of women’s health and for developing new cosmetic/reconstructive operations for female genitalia. Dr. Ostrzenski practices in Florida, United States, and trains physicians in cosmetic/reconstructive gynecologic surgeries, locally and around the globe. Feng Tao’s research interests focus on the central mechanisms of analgesia and anesthesia. The goal of his work is to understand how the effects of analgesics and anesthetics on their neuronal targets are regulated. Specifically, he is interested in the regulation of central sensitization mediated by glutamate receptors and their interacting proteins. Dr. Tao recently has begun a collaboration with Dr. John McDonald’s laboratory in the International Center for Spinal Cord Injury at Kennedy Krieger Institute to address the problems of central chronic pain after spinal cord injury using a unique stem cell approach.

Waldo Concepcion, MD, FACS, is a Professor of Surgery, Chief of Clinical Transplantation at Stanford University and Chief of Pediatric Kidney Transplantation at Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford. Dr. Concepcion was born in Omaha, Nebraska and spent his early years in Panama and Costa Rica. He graduated Medical School from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, Mexico. He then completed his General Surgery Residence at Loma Linda University Medical Center and his Transplantation Surgery Fellowship at University of Pittsburgh under the mentorship of Dr. Thomas Starzl, world leader in the field of transplantation. He and his team moved to Stanford University In 1994. By 1996, he was named director of the Transplantation Institute at Loma Linda University Medical Center where he founded the pediatric liver program and served as Director over the multi-organ transplant program. Under his leadership, his program became one of the premier transplant centers in Southern California, earning the industry distinction of Center of Excellence among health care organizations as well as his program being reported one of the highest patient and organ graft survival in Southern California. In 2005, Dr. Concepcion returned to Stanford University to become the new Chief of Clinical Transplantation and Chief of Pediatric Kidney Transplantation at Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital continuing in the tradition of one of the best kidney transplant programs in the world. Dr. Slakey is a Professor of Surgery and a Clinical Professor of Urology and Paediatrics. He was the Director of the Tulane Center for Abdominal Transplantation from 1998 until 2006, when he became Chair of the Tulane Department of Surgery. He received his undergraduate and graduate education at the University of California at Berkeley. His Masters in Public Health had a focus on the Epidemiology of Infectious Disease and Healthcare Administration. His medical school and general surgery residency were at the Medical College of Wisconsin. While there, he was the Administrative Chief Resident and he maintained an active research program studying aspects of transplant immunology. He received several awards for his research and has presented his results across the United States and in several countries around the world. amazi O. Datiashvili, MD, PhD is a world recognized Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon. He has had an extremely successful carrier in Russia. After graduation from The First Moscow Medical Institute in 1972 and completion of his Fellowship in General and Vascular Surgery at the National Research Center of Surgery in 1974, he quickly progressed to become a Chief of the Microsurgical Department at age 28 at the Moscow City Hospital #51. He earned his PhD degree in 1978. In 1981 he continued his outstanding academic and surgical carrier at the National Surgical Center in Moscow – a leading surgical institution in Russia. Giovanni Ussia is Professor of Surgery and Consultant in General and Thoracic Surgery of the University of Bologna, Medical School, Bologna Italy.
